WORD VS. EXCEL PAPER

Word vs. Excel

There are many differences between word and excel. They are similar in their toolbars, with the a little difference though in the toolbars. They are different in ways also like when how word is a word prosessing program and excel is a spread sheet program.

Word and excel are similar in their toolbars. They both have many different types of toolbars. So similarity are that they both have a drawing toolbar, table and borders, wordart, reviewing, web, basic, picture. Word and excel can produces chart in their document, also they can collecte information from the web, it can reviem the document information, and change the apperance of the document. They both have many types toolbars.

Word and excel are different in the ways that they are very different programs. Excel is a spreadsheet application, and word is a word prosessing application.Excel is used for organizing and sorting numbers and data in a way that can be easily read and understood. Excel can also be used to make charts and graph to show the data that is put in to the spread sheet. Word is used for the purpose of writing. Word is used for the production of word document that including composition, editing, formatting, and possibly printing of any sort of writing material. Typical uses of word in the business world are business letters, memos, legal copies/documents, or reference documnts. The typical uses of word in a teenager world are papers written for school. Word and excel are very different applications, they are used in very different ways, produce very different documents.

Word and excel are very different in their ways of working, but they both have similar applications like the toolbars.
